First of all, three weeks ago I tried reporting this issue on bughunters but as of today I found that all these keys are still not banned and there has been no response whatsoever. I thought that after the new month’s billing cycle, people would have noticed their leaked keys by now—but apparently, that’s not the case; some individuals still haven’t detected this problem. Would anyone kindly help report this to Google Cloud support? I can share with you the leaked keys that haven’t been deleted yet（I’m quite certain these keys have been extensively stolen and misused.）

thank you for trying to bring this to our notice, is this your project that these keys were related to if not how were you able to get these keys. please give us more details so we can work on this issue.
Sorry for the late reply; my previous account can no longer respond, likely because of how I framed the question. This issue has already been reported to issuetracker and support google cloud_platform_report but it remains unresolved after a month (this is not a technical bug).
I also found compromised gemini keys and I can’t report them
