Migration from Gemini 1.5 Flash to Gemini 2.0 Flash

Hi,
I got an email that informed me to migrate from Gemini 1.5. Flash to Gemini 2.0 Flash / Flash Lite since Gemini 1.5 would be retired on May 24th.
I haven’t migrated to Gemini 2.0 Flash to see what will happen and I can still use Gemini 1.5 Flash with Gemini API.
Do you know why I can still use Gemini 1.5 Flash via Gemini API?

May be this is a courtesy grace period from Google but I advise not to prolong it if you are application has business impact or live.

Based on your comment, you seem to be casual experimenter (if my assumption is true) should ben just fine.

Let me know once it’s no longer available..
