We specifically need to know if it falls under any restricted categories, such as a unicorn account or an underage account, as we currently block accounts associated with specific countries and these types of profiles.
it’s my personal account not someone else and my age is 15 so i think that i got blocked because of that 
In my case, I’m 20 years old. It’s my personal account and nothing strange has happened to it. It’s still not working. I need to recover these projects. As I mentioned before, I can access Stitch with my university account but I don’t know why I can’t access it with my personal one. Thanks
I get it, @Adria_Lopez_Vazquez. My team confirmed that while we do have a blocking mechanism, your screenshots look entirely different. This means something outside of our service is blocking your account before it reaches our official block process. We are investigating what this external factor might be.
That could be a contributing factor. And just confirming: you are able to access Stitch with your other accounts, right?
its been generating for going on 20 mins now. Other AIs let you stop generation. Where is that option in Stitch?

Hey @eeleh we are actively working on the feature to stop or halt your request, and it is currently on our development roadmap. In the meantime, if you notice the request spinning for too long, please refresh your project and try again. Also, make sure to keep an eye on your daily quotas, as exhausting them can sometimes be a factor in generation issues.
Thanks for confirming. So, the blocking factor was indeed related to your age criteria, and the restriction was not applied by our internal blocking mechanism.

Could you tell me when you know something about my account? It’s not related to the age because i’m 20 years old and the problem didn’t start since the beginning, it was from one day to another.

Prototyping tool looks still like a baby, when grouping 50 or 60 screens together it either loads nothing, or it starts guessing and taking assumptions.
Results: 3 or 4 non complete screens from the total (50 or 60) screens
Hi there, Stitch is a great product and I’m really enjoying using it; however, it tend to lag after a while and saying that it’s running, but then just fails. That would be one thing I should say to look out for
