Hello! I am encountering an error that reads, “Something unexpected happened, and Stitch couldn’t complete your generation. Please try again in a moment.” Could you please advise me on how to rectify this issue? Thank you in advance!
Hey @Victor_Goncalves @Bulat_Zaripov thanks for flagging this, I have already raised an bug for this issue internally, will provide with any updates comes up but I’ll suggest you to close this window and re-try in new one if you face this again that worked for me as of now and I’ll request you both to raise this kind of issues separately instead of posting them into the thread so that if I raise the bug I can do it specifically for you issues.

@RISHABH_CHAUHAN I tried closing Chrome and starting a new Project or Design, but I am still receiving the same console errors. I have tried Chrome versions 141.0.7373.4 and 139.0.7258.139; both have the attached errors.
Tried on various number of browsers on different OS. None worked.
But without expecting much I gave it a final try with the latest Canary and lo and behold, it works again on my macOS setup. 
Chrome Canary: Version 141.0.7375.0 (Official Build) canary (arm64)

Hey @RISHABH_CHAUHAN, every thing is working normally and as expected. Apologies for letting you know the issue had been resolved. Just tested it the app out on versions, 141.0.7379.0 and 139.0.7258.155 arm64.

Hey @ssarchi thanks for raising the concern, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, this has been fixed by our team already but looks like its still around for some of the users, I’ll bring this again to my team, I’ll suggest you to refresh it and check whether working or not and if project doesn’t have much screens please open a new dashboard and try it there and if possible could you share the project with us here so that we can check it on our end.

Hi, I have a stitch account with my personal google account and from one day to another it says service is restricted. I can’t access all the work I did with the other account.
However, with this account which is a student account, I can access Stitch. I need to recover the access to the other account as soon as possible. This is what I get.

i don’t know, i had some projects that is important to me but i cant access to it so i used another account for now
but how can you recover these projects?
i’m just lucky that the current project i’m working on i had shared it with my friend few days ago so i can open it with another account but its only 1 project
Trying to annotate a render opens the full-view page like normal, but suddenly after about 5 second it goes back to the main view and all user input has been disabled and the page needs to be refreshed to continue.
Same here. I tried to #1. clear cache. #2. Disable extensions. #3. Switch web browsers(Chrome & Edge). None of the above resolve the issue. It’s all fine until I clicked annotate and after 3-5 sec the auto save icon popped and the entire screen was frozen.
