Yesterday when the position of system instructions changed in my interface, there was a dramatic change. When I paste TEXT into the system instructions, everything lags in such an absurd way that I’m not even able to ask the model a question once. Even changing the temperature is out of the question, everything lags so much.

When the right menu is hidden, usability returns, but in case I wanted to test with other model parameters or make corrections to the system instructions, that’s the end. The lags are such that I can go make coffee and it will unlock for one click.

The Send Feedback button does not do anything. Because I litteraly send different feeback over an entire year, and my issues on my side were never fixed, please don’t involve fake information. The Feedback feature does not work.
I’m experiencing the same problem. It’s especially noticeable if I open an old prompt from the history with a large system prompt. The page simply freezes.

How much it starts to slow down, unfortunately depends on the size of the system instructions, this needs to be fixed because with mega instructions it’s impossible to test.
