I'm on Tier 2 Paid — Normal Gemini token usage since Nov 21 but billing is $0

I’m a Tier 2 paid user. Since November 21st, my Gemini usage has been normal like earlier (millions of input tokens per day).
Usage graphs show spikes across multiple models, especially Gemini 2.5 Flash.

However, I am still seeing $0 in billing — no charges have appeared.

I want to clarify:

  1. Are there promotional or zero-cost periods active for paid tiers?

  2. Does billing apply only when using specific Gemini endpoints?

  3. Is there a known delay for token billing on paid accounts after model upgrades?
