It’s been 30 days since my first payment on November 9th, and I’ve spent over $250, but there’s no button to upgrade my Tier 1 project billing to Tier 2.
Please check.

Could you please confirm that the $250 spend is on the billing account linked to this project? If multiple projects share the same billing account, eligibility is checked at the billing-account level, but the upgrade option appears per project.
