I am in the US but AI Studio keeps redirecting me to ‘Available Regions’ page

Hello Google team,

I am located in Michigan, United States.
My IP address is correctly detected as US, and I am using a personal Gmail account (not Workspace, not VPN, not proxy).

However, every time I try to access Google AI Studio, it redirects me to:

This happens:

  • With multiple different Gmail accounts
  • On different devices
  • On mobile data (5G hotspot)
  • On different browsers
  • After clearing cache
  • Even though the US is listed as a supported region

It appears my entire IP range or region is incorrectly flagged as “unsupported region”.

Please help check or manually correct the region flag for my account / IP.

Yeah, this just started happening to me a few hours ago out of the blue, when I had been using it yesterday just fine. will report.

yeah. my account definitely reflects my age which is over 18 and my ip is in USA which works for other emails on ai studio just not with this account

I am having a similar issue but it is with a specific account. I used it without any problems then all of the sudden I cant access it.
