I’m experiencing an issue with Google Stitch. When I enter a prompt, the AI generation keeps loading and doesn’t return any results. I checked my internet speed and other settings, and everything seems fine. Sometimes Stitch generates a result, but most of the time it just keeps loading. I’ve been facing this issue for the past 2–3 days.
There is another issue as well. When I upload an image asset—for example, a website logo—and ask the AI to replace the current logo with mine, it doesn’t replace the logo. Instead, it generates something else.

Hey @me.likhonahmed thanks for reporting this and welcome to the community! We’re working hard on design consistency to help you generate screens more smoothly. Currently, adding an exact image as a logo via prompting can be a bit tricky, but it’s something we’re actively improving. In the meantime, I recommend trying the new Direct Edit feature in Stitch for more control over your components. Regarding the loading issue, this is a known bug- as a temporary workaround, please try reopening the project or restarting your browser. I’ve added your feedback to our tracker!
Please add an image upload option directly in the editor because adding external image links to the UI is painful, unprofessional, and time-consuming.
As a developer, I will keep monitoring Stitch bugs and help solve this issue by reporting them consistently. I hope this will help the Google Stitch team improve the product, because I believe Google Stitch has a lot of opportunities in the UI market.
Thanks for writing back! You can actually add images directly into the input box by pressing Cmd+V (or Ctrl+V on Windows). Please keep the valuable feedback coming – it’s exactly what helps us improve Stitch for everyone!
