I’m having trouble opening one of my projects. It has about 30 screens and gets stuck on the loading screen. I can open my other, smaller projects without any issues. Any idea what might be causing this?
I am currently encountering a similar issue with one of my projects. I can access my other projects without any problems, though.
me too. Stitch cant load my project. my project has about 20~30 mobile screens and I clicked my project but just skeleton view was being showed.
I have the same issue. I saw in another thread that copying the project would fix it, so I tried that, but it didn’t work for me.

Subject: CRITICAL BUG REPORT: Infinite Loading / Black Screen on Stitch Projects
Dear Google Labs / Stitch Team,
I am reporting a consistent “Project Lockout / Black Screen” issue that renders valuable work inaccessible.
The Bug: When a project exceeds roughly 8-10 generated screens (complex UI iterations), the project fails to load upon re-entry. It results in a permanent black screen or infinite loading loop.
Reproduction Steps:
Create a new project.
Generate/Iterate on UI designs until approx. 10+ screens are in history.
Close the tab.
Attempt to reopen the project via Dashboard.
Result: Black Screen. Console likely shows memory limit or rendering timeout errors.
Impact: I have lost access to critical design work multiple times. My console logs show Exit Code 255 and rendering failures.
Request: Please increase the project memory allocation or fix the rendering timeout for larger history stacks. This is blocking serious development workflows.
My Stitch projects keep getting stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried several different projects and none of them work.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I can’t find my project and I’m very anxious.
I was working on my project and the chat stopped responding. When I tried to reload the page, it froze on the loading screen. My project has 14 screens. I managed to duplicate the project, but the new one lost all context and isn’t able to create screens consistent with the others. I need the previous project back ![]()
It seems this is a problem that has occurred on a large scale. Perhaps it was caused by the recent update; I hope Google can resolve it as soon as possible.
