You have no understanding of European law. GDPR Article 22 (automated profiling) is not the same as GDPR Article 17 (erasure). The fact that Google indexes a picture of a license plate (IUE‑006) is one thing. But the fact that it subjects that image to semantic analysis with its AI and links it to my nickname and my real name… that is full‑blown identity fusion (fused identity data) and profiling. No Terms of Service overrides this. Waving the TOS around doesn’t change the fact that a company’s internal policy does not stand above international data‑protection law.
