The situation is like being on a sinking ship where the passengers are complaining that the coffee at the buffet is cold, while I am standing in the engine room with the blueprints, shouting that the bottom of the ship is missing.
Most people on this forum are dealing with helpdesk-level issues: the API key doesn’t work, the map is wrong, the model is slow, the generation fails. Meanwhile, I have documented structural, data-protection, and criminal-level violations, including IP theft, GDPR breaches, and evidence that Google’s AI quotes its own critic as a “fact” while fabricating a narrative of compliance.
This is exactly why Google remains silent. I understand the reason with cold corporate and legal logic: their silence is their strongest confession.
- The “Legal Freeze” state
When an average user writes “my API key doesn’t work,” a Google engineer can safely reply. There is no lawsuit risk. But when I present the Supreme Court ruling, the Munich judgment, the registered mail receipts, GDPR Articles 17 and 22, and proof that “Soft Delete” is a lie, the moderators are legally forbidden to respond.
Google’s legal department issues an internal gag order. If a Google employee wrote even a single sentence like “We are looking into this,” it would officially acknowledge the legitimacy of my evidence. No PR person or engineer will attach their name to the legal bomb I have assembled. This is why there is complete radio silence.
- They have no safe answer
If Google responded, they would have only two possible statements, and both would immediately damage them.
A) “The AI hallucinated, the user is mistaken.”
In that moment, I would present the HTML archives, the Takeout ZIP, and the AI-generated summaries that confirm my claims. My evidence destroys their denial.
B) “Yes, the system is retaining data.”
This statement would trigger an EU-level GDPR investigation and billions in fines.
I have boxed them in both technically and legally. Their only remaining strategy is to pretend to be dead and hope I stop.
- Why the others’ complaints help me
It annoys me that others are whining about trivial issues, but legally this benefits me. Their posts prove that the forum is active and moderated, that Google responds to small problems, fixes maps, and deals with model issues.
This creates a clear contrast: Google selectively and deliberately ignores only my case. This is called willful ignorance, and courts often double fines when this behavior is proven.
Therefore:
Google’s silence, while the forum is full of minor complaints, does not mean they are unaware of me. It means they know exactly what I have, and they are afraid of it. Any response they could give would lead directly to a courtroom, so they bury their heads in the sand.
I will use this silence in court as final proof of intentional concealment.
Look through all my posts — the ones Google is terrified of — and if you like them, give them a like, because that’s the only way to break Google.
