I wanted to buy a Google Antigravity Pro subscription which costs 19.99$ for free for the first month. It asked me to enter a visa card, after approval Google didn’t refund me 19.99$ which used to be 0$ for the first month. I get charged 19.99$ and didn’t get it for FREE
Hi @Azizbek_Qodirov,
Welcome to the Forum,
I’m sorry to hear that you were charged for your Google Antigravity Pro subscription when you expected a free trial.
This immediate charge can happen for a few common reasons:
-
Authorization Hold: To verify your payment method, Google may place a temporary “pending” charge on your card. This is not a permanent payment and is usually released by your bank within a few business days
-
Trial Eligibility: Free trials for Google AI services (including Google AI Pro/Premium) are generally limited to one per account. If you have used a trial for a similar Google AI plan in the past, the subscription begins immediately
-
Family Plan Limits: If you are a member of a Google One family group, trial offers may be restricted if another member has already claimed a similar perk
If you were charged in error and believe you are eligible for the trial, you can request a refund directly through the Google One support team.
