I purchased the Google AI Pro package almost 3 months ago, and it was due to expire on March 26th. However, I suddenly received a notification that I had to purchase additional credits. Because I had unfinished work, I was forced to buy an extra 2,500 credits. I also sent an email asking why this was happening, but almost a day has passed and I haven’t received any response from the publisher. The additional credits haven’t been unlocked, and I’m very frustrated. I might just quit permanently after this. Has anyone else experienced this?
