Hi, Google Antigravity Team:
I have an active Google AI Pro subscription. Today, I discovered that my access to Antigravity and Gemini CLI had been disabled for an alleged “violation of Terms of Service.” The error message I received states: “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.”
I immediately submitted an Appeal Form after seeing the notification. However, there seems to be a misunderstanding in the system regarding my usage. While the appeal mentioned the potential use of third-party software or AI resale, I strictly deny these allegations.
I solemnly declare that since I began working with Antigravity, I have never left the Antigravity development environment to access any third-party software, tools, or engage in any AI resale operations. I do not use OpenClaw or any agentic tools outside of the Google environment.
I am completely at a loss as to why my service was suddenly terminated. I strictly adhere to Google’s Terms of Service and can prove my valid subscription status. I urge you to review my case manually so that I can continue my development work.
Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention.
