This is the Community forum. This error usually occurs if you used the Play Store for upgrading. Usually, this gets resolved within an hour or after signing out.
Moreover, the Google team can help, but they are not very active here.
Thank you Innovatix for your response, but it has been 2 hours now, and the issue is not resolved. I have logged in and out multiple times, but it’s still not resolved. Whom should I contact? I have canceled the subscription in the meantime because of this issue.
