I wanted to bring my credits to €0, so I get back to the free plan. Because of their system’s lag in tracking real-time usage, my agents overshot my cap and left me with a tiny €1.85 negative balance. But instead of just letting me square up what I actually owe, the system forces a mandatory €10 minimum top-up. I wanted to drop down, not add another €10! But they add that systems will be paused/blocked until that is paid. It feels like forcing me to leave extra money on Google’s books just to fix a minor overage that their own slow tracking allowed to happen in the first place.
