Google AI Studio Starter Tier missing when publishing my app

Hello Google AI Studio Team,

I am trying to publish my full-stack application created in Google AI Studio Build Mode.

When I click:

Publish → Get Started

I am taken to the “Confirm project and billing” screen.

It only shows:

  • Default Gemini Project
  • No billing setup
  • Set up billing
  • Refresh

The free Starter Tier publishing option is not showing.

I do NOT want to enable Cloud Billing or add a payment method.

Please check whether the Starter Tier publishing entitlement is available for my Google account and enable it if I am eligible.

Please do not delete, recreate, migrate, or modify my existing AI Studio project or application.

I want to publish my existing application without adding a payment method.

I have attached a screenshot of the billing screen for reference.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier.
Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually. You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
