AI Studio Starter Tier unavailable for my account during app publishing

Hello Google AI Studio team,

I am trying to publish a full-stack application created with Google AI Studio Build Mode.

When I click Publish, the project selection shows:

“Tamanna International”
“No billing setup”

The only available options are “Set up billing” and “Refresh”. The Google Cloud Starter Tier option is not appearing.

I have a Google AI Pro subscription and I have not previously published this application.

According to the current AI Studio documentation, eligible users can publish up to 2 full-stack apps through the Starter Tier without setting up Cloud Billing.

I do not want to enable paid billing or add a payment method just to publish the app.

Could you please check whether the Starter Tier is available for my account and enable/provision it if I am eligible?

I have attached screenshots showing the issue.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier. Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually.

You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
