Hello Google AI Studio team,
I am using Google AI Studio to get assistance with mod development. I had an important chat where the AI had full context about my project structure and had actively helped me during the development process.
The chat was recently used (approximately 1–6 hours before I noticed the issue), but it has now completely disappeared from my chat history.
I did not delete this chat.
I checked Google Drive because I remembered that AI Studio chats were stored there, but I could not find any related file or data. I also checked Google Drive Trash, search, and Google activity history, but there is no indication of deletion, movement, or any file error.
Other AI Studio chats created before and after this conversation are still available, so this issue appears to affect only this specific chat.
I do not remember the exact chat title, but it contained words similar to “Handbook” or “Handbooks” and was related to creating an alternative to a mod handbook.
Could you please check whether this chat data still exists on your servers or if there is any possibility to restore it from a backup?
This conversation contains valuable project context that would be extremely difficult to recreate manually.
