Every time I submit a prompt in AI Studio, something goes wrong with one or more files. Instead of a green checkmark, a cross sign appears for some files. After this happens, the web app becomes unstable and does not work properly. Earlier, everything was working smoothly, but recently the system has become unreliable and frequently produces errors.

Thank you for reaching out! This seems to be a temporary issue. Please try the following steps: Refresh the AI Studio page or reopen it in a new browser window. Clear browser cache and cookies, then sign in again. Let us know if the issue still persists!
