Hello Google AI Studio Team,
I am experiencing a persistent quota issue in Google AI Studio Build.
Error:
“Quota exceeded. Please try again later.”
My Gemini API project is on the Free tier.
The Rate Limit page shows:
- Antigravity RPM: 0 / 60
- Antigravity TPM: 0 / 100K
- RPD limit: 100/day
The Gemini API Usage page shows only about 9 API requests with a 100% success rate, and the API Errors section shows “No data available.”
The issue originally occurred in my Universal Multi-Broker Auto-Trading Bot project. A Gemini 3.8 Flash Build run failed with “Quota exceeded” after approximately 557 seconds.
To determine whether my application was causing the problem, I created a completely new and very simple AI Studio Build app named “Hello”.
In this new app, the Build agent edited only a few files:
- metadata.json
- index.html
- src/App.tsx
The file edits completed successfully, but the Build run again ended with:
“Quota exceeded. Please try again later.”
This new app failed after approximately 542 seconds.
Therefore, the issue is reproducible in a brand-new simple Build app and does not appear to be specific to my original trading application.
Could you please investigate whether there is a separate AI Studio Build / agent generation quota, execution quota, or account/project entitlement issue that is not visible on the Gemini API Rate Limit page?
