I am experiencing a persistent quota lockout that does not align with the advertised 5-hour refresh cycle for Pro subscribers.
My account was locked out for 4 days and was scheduled to reset today (March 13, 2026). However, upon checking the status today, the reset date has been pushed back further to March 20, 2026, without any additional usage on my part.
Observed Behavior:

Expected: 5-hour rolling refresh for Pro tier.

Actual: Multi-day (7-day) lockout being applied and extended.

Current Status: 0% quota remaining, reset showing as 7 days away.
This issue is making the Pro subscription unusable for development. Similar cases found in the forum suggest this is a widespread bug with how the “Weekly Baseline” is being calculated for Pro accounts.
