Account Suspended – ToS Violation Appeal – No Response After 5 Days (Google One Member)

Hello,

My Gemini CLI / Gemini Code Assist access has been suspended for a ToS violation, and I have not received any response to my appeal after 5 days.

What happened:
I used my Gemini CLI OAuth credentials within an open-source CLI tool called GSD CLI (https://github.com/gsd-build/gsd-2). I was completely unaware this violated the Terms of Service. There was no intentional misuse or API abuse of any kind.

Actions I have already taken:

My situation:

  • I am an active Google One subscriber

  • The suspension has been in place for 5 days with no response or update

  • I am part of the same ban wave that affected many users in early 2026 who unintentionally used open-source CLI tools

I kindly request a manual review and reinstatement of my account. I am happy to provide any additional details.

same here. telling us that they are unbanning but they are not. they are letting us run out of our subscription and we pay for it
