Hi, I’m having an issue with my Google AI Pro subscription not being recognized by Antigravity.
My Google AI Pro subscription is active, but Antigravity still shows:
“Your Plan: Antigravity Starter Quota”
and:
“This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.”
I have already successfully completed age verification, but the issue still persists.
I submitted an Auth and Billing report through the in-app “Provide Feedback” option nearly a day ago, but my account is still showing the Starter quota.
I have also tried signing out and signing back in, but Antigravity still does not recognize my Google AI Pro entitlement.
My Google AI Pro subscription was purchased through Apple’s App Store, and the subscription is active on the same Google account I use with Antigravity.
Could someone please check whether the Google AI Pro entitlement is being correctly associated with my Antigravity account?
I can provide screenshots or additional account information if needed. Thank you!
Hi @Dirty_Octopus,
Welcome to the Forum and thank you for reaching out.
Please check the following:
- Verify Plan Status on
one.google.com: Open one.google.com in your browser while signed into the exact @gmail.com account you use in Antigravity and make sure Google AI Pro shows as active there. Because your subscription was purchased through Apple’s App Store, it must be linked to that exact Google Account in the Google One iOS app for Antigravity to recognize the entitlement (Plans documentation).
- Check Regional Eligibility for Google One AI Plans: Visit the Google Terms of Service page to check the country associated with your account, and confirm it is not on the excluded regions list under Why am I ineligible for a Google One AI plan? (and is listed in our Geographical Availability FAQ). Please also ensure any VPN or proxy is turned off.
- Update & Refresh Your Sign-In: Ensure you are on the latest release of Antigravity 2.0 (
v2.19.1) (Changelog), sign out, completely close and reopen the app, and sign back in with that same account.
If it is still stuck on Starter Quota after checking these steps, please reply with your OS and Antigravity version, the country shown at policies.google.com/terms, and attach either your diagnostic logs in a .txt file or a screenshot of your active plan on one.google.com and the error message (with personal details hidden) so we can look into it further.
Still doesn’t work, I’m on MacOS 27.0.1, Antigravity 2.19.1, AI Pro 5TB.
I combined the screenshots due to embedded media limitations on new accounts.
i actually have the same issue as well
Hi @Dirty_Octopus and @Hndkiddbu_suskee,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots and system details. Please try the following steps:
- Update Antigravity 2.0 to
v2.21.1: A newer release of Antigravity 2.0 (v2.21.1) rolled out on October 7, 2026 (Changelog). Please update from v2.19.1 to v2.21.1 via the Download page and click the refresh icon (↻) next to Models & Usage in Settings.
- Revoke Stale OAuth Grant & Clear Local Token Cache: Sign out of Antigravity 2.0 and completely quit the application. Visit Google Account Permissions, select Google Antigravity, and click Remove Access. On macOS, remove any cached local session data (
~/.config/Antigravity/ and ~/.gemini/jetski-standalone-oauth-token), then relaunch the app and sign back in using an Incognito / Private browser window.
- Sync Apple App Store Receipt & Verify Account Type: For subscriptions billed through Apple’s App Store, open the Google One app on iOS and go to Settings > Restore purchases to force a fresh entitlement sync between Apple and Google One. Additionally, per our Authentication FAQ and Plans documentation, please ensure your account is a personal
@gmail.com address (not a custom domain or Workspace email) and is the Primary Plan Manager at one.google.com/settings rather than a secondary family-group member.
If your account still displays Antigravity Starter Quota after completing these steps on v2.21.1, please confirm that you are using a personal @gmail.com primary plan manager account and attach your diagnostic logs in a .txt file so we can escalate this to our engineering team for a backend check.
hey there. I’m having this issue as well, but:
- I’m restricted to the Antigravity extension on the VS Code due to workplace policies
- I signed up for Gemini through GCloud.
please, what are the required steps for my specific case?
thanks in advance.
ok, I guess I was able to resolve my issue by:
- logging out
- logging in with a business account (instead of the regular google login)
some feedback for the devs: apart from all the monumental difficulty to simply get this thing working on single-seat commercial projects, a prominent “personal” login followed by a grayed-out “business” one is very clumsy, especially if your GMail account is associated with a business. please bring this to the UX team’s attention.
