I am writing to request that you check the status of my Google Flow account and, if possible, manually reset my quota limits (or synchronize my account with the backend). The issue is that for over a week now, I have been completely unable to generate images. With every attempt, the system returns the standard notification: “You are requesting generations too quickly. Please wait a moment and try again.”
I am certain I have not exceeded my limits, and the waiting period has already surpassed the 24-hour mark, yet the block remains in place. I have attempted to resolve the issue myself by clearing my cache and cookies, accessing the service via Incognito mode, and verifying that the “Flow History” option is enabled in my library settings. Unfortunately, none of these steps helped.
It appears that my profile has become “stuck” in an infinite rate-limiting loop (resembling Error 253). I would be extremely grateful if you could manually refresh the quota parameters for my account.
