Posting out of desperation as Gemini is repeatedly making mistakes attributing reviews of other hotel/motel with similar names to our inn seriously impacting our traffic and census. It’s been going on for months now and we have not been able to find a recourse to alleviate this. Our inn generally gets excellent reviews accross board including 4.7 on google but it says terrible things like blood on sheets, that it’s dirty, needs remodeling (it’s been remodeled thoroughly) etc, etc, etc… Gemini even admits that it’s taken some of the reviews from other lodgings but seems unable to correct them. Please help! My wife is literally spending hours a day for many months obsessively trying to correct this but without a dent.
