Gemini API unpaid tier: processing and remote-access countries for provider disclosure

We are preparing a provider-data disclosure for Meta App Review for a CRM demonstration using the Gemini Developer API unpaid tier from Brazil (not Vertex AI). The demo sends only predefined fictional text, without names, phone numbers, Meta identifiers or customer records.

Could the Google team provide an authoritative, current list of countries where this service may process API input/output, including inference, storage/logs, human review, remote technical support and access by affiliates/subprocessors? Meta asks for individual countries, including remote access. Please distinguish unpaid from paid services if their scopes differ.

We reviewed https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms and Google Data Processing Terms - Subprocessor Information but could not identify a Gemini-specific exhaustive country list. The available-regions page describes customer access availability, which is different from processing locations.

If there is no public list, please identify the responsible team or official inquiry route and whether any response timeframe applies. This is a documentation question; no API keys, account IDs, credentials or customer data are needed. Thank you.
