Gemini API Access Disabled (403 ToS) After Using OpenClaw Agent — Appeal Pending

Hello everyone!

Following up on this thread—are you still experiencing these account bans, or have your Pro/Ultra accounts been restored? Please let us know if you are still locked out so we can track if this issue is ongoing.

Yes, I wanted to see what OpenClaw was capable and went with the installation process (which includes linking my logged-in paid antigravity account). Today I was met with a ban in Gemini-CLI and Antigravity chat stopped working.

Hello Abhijit, this issue is still ongoing from a GCP perspective. Here’s some context in another post I made WORD OF CAUTION - Account Shutdown - Openclaw and the Gemini API

Based on the Terms of Service shared here:

You must not abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Service in connection with products not provided by us. Using third party software, tools, or services to access the Service (e.g. using OpenClaw with Antigravity OAuth) is a violation of applicable terms and policies. Such actions may be grounds for suspension or termination of your account.

Hey Abhijit, no argument here. Everyone affected by the TOS in regards to the Gemini API totally understands Google protecting themselves.

The issue is the way Google is responding. There were no warnings and total account shutdown. I’m suggesting that Google could heave easily froze the API or project and sent a warning. Instead my account and all work functions have been frozen for 2 weeks and counting.

I even made the error of using Google’s backup services, these can’t be accessed either.

Consider these impacts next time the team discusses this stuff.

I take accountability, but the full account freezes, followed with bad service is heavy handed and unprofessional.

I sent an email with K8L’s suggestion. I’m waiting for a reply.

When I tried to log in to Antigravity, I was directed to a form that mentioned something along the lines of: if the ban were lifted, any repeat offense would result in a permanent ban, and that a response would take 24–72 hours, but I haven’t received one yet. I have a 1-year AI PRO account.
