Gemini 3.1 Pro High Quota Not Refreshing (35-hour lockout)

I am a Pro subscriber. I last used Antigravity on Saturday at 6:00 PM with 40% quota remaining. After being inactive for over 35 hours, my quota has not refreshed and is still at 40%. The UI currently shows "Refreshes in 28 hours, 56 min.

As a Pro user, my quota should refresh every 5 hours. It appears my account is being hit with a weekly lockout instead of the rolling Pro refresh.

i have Verified subscription is active, Restarted Antigravity IDE, cleared my local .antigravity cache folder, also resigned in, but nothing worked.

Does any one knows what is this bug?

I am in the same scenario, before the upgrade to Gemini 3.1 the refresh was every 5 hours and now every 40 hours, that is not acceptable in my opinion, considering that there is no intermediate plan between Pro and Ultra, so you pay $20 or $250, what if I dont want all the extras that Ultra plan has but just more limits?
