We use Gemini 3.0 Flash for our application. We noticed the TPM cross the rate limit few times, but even when the TPM came down to very low, the limit error does not go away. We keep getting it constantly. Its been more than 20 hours since when the API is not working. token per minute limit does not reset after over minute?
wait-and-retry solution does not help. Not sure What happened on Gemini API?
Plus I am in Tier 1 and have not been able to upgrade to tier 2 or 3.
