I am frustrated beyond words because, despite many users, including myself, having asked the Antigravity team to integrate Claude models into the platform, even a little less usage of Opus 4.8 and Sonnet 5 will go a long way, considering the drastic improvements that have been made. I understand that even once Fable 5 comes back, it’s hard to serve due to nationality restrictions and high cost, so at least add the models that are closer to the frontier, if not the absolute pinnacle. This would be a great combo with the upcoming Gemini 3.5 Pro. It’s urgent, as the model catalog is drastically falling behind, and I sincerely hope they add something soon, as this might just be another graveyard Google product if they don’t fix this huge problem. can someone from google please even read our requests and give a simple answer atleast and stop beating around the bush.
And for those of you that say that I should just use Claude code within, they lack knowledge about how a proper AI tool should act. It’s not their responsibility to serve Claude models as they serve Gemini models. Well, then they’re wrong as well. Because as long as they are improving Gemini models, they should keep Claude models side by side. Cursor, which is their direct competitor, offers these resources. So, they should fix this problem if they want to keep their users and need to improve the amount of responses on each post, as almost no post gets the attention it deserves. This is similar to my situation, where no official or proper answer will be given despite my constant plea.
