I’m writing to share some heavy feedback regarding the recent changes to the platform.
Many of us relied heavily on the Flash models (like Gemini 3/5/6/7 Flash variants) and the Pro tiers to build applications for free, test our code, and iterate reliably. Removing these models and pushing users away from what worked has felt like a sudden shift after building trust in the platform.
On top of that, while building and debugging apps, the current setup drains the daily rate limit and consumes tokens at an unsustainable rate. Doing just 2 or 3 quick bug fixes or test runs completely exhausts the limits, making it nearly impossible to comfortably develop or test workflows.
Please consider bringing back reliable, accessible models and balancing the token efficiency so that developers can actually build and test without hitting arbitrary walls so quickly.
