From one Day to the next downgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 1, all Services down

Hello,

All our AI Studio projects was unexpectedly downgraded from API Tier 3 to Tier 1 without warning. We have no billing issues or other alerts

All our Services are from one Moment down, we get only errors from the geminie API because of spent quota limits
Please review my project quota and reinstate our Tier 3 API limits as soon as possible. Thank you.
