Failed Eligibility Check - no warnings. no emails. no link to appeal. BUG

Hello,

I recently opened up the antigravity CLI, and I recieved this message:

:warning: Eligibility Check
⎿ Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product

  1. To the best of my knowledge, I have not connected any third party tools to my account.

  2. I have only EVER used the official antigravity login to access my account.

  3. According to all blogs and the Google Customer Support, I was supposed to have recieved an email notifying me that I was banned. I have recieved no such email.

  4. According to official google documentation, within the CLI there is supposed to be a link to file an appeal. THERE IS NO SUCH LINK anywhre within the cli or IDE.

  5. By the customer support agent, I was directed to this link to file an appeal: Your account is disabled - Google Account Help However, there is NO appeal button to click on that page because there are seemingly no issues with my account.

For context, I am running agy cli 1.0.10 and I am using it from this account (the same one linked to this post).

Given all the bugs, this leads me to conclusion that you have incorrectly banned me. You have no reason. The software did not follow the documentation, and this is a major bug in that you are accidentally revoking access to antigravity without cause.

Please be in touch, and help me with this issue.

I have had this same bug for over 24hrs now, zero comms. Some mod just edited the swear words from my posts but didn’t comment. More people need to complain, the link to appeal is Appeal Form — Terms of Service suspension for Antigravity, Gemini CLI, and Gemini Code Assist

But yeah Google … at customer service and often do this, I was a big fan but since Google I/O 2026 the entire AI suite has sucked and gotten worse. Ending Gemini Cli marked the beginning of the end.

I actually cancelled my cursor subscription over the strength of antigravity, and I was such a fan of antigravity and the google AI suite, but this is ridiculous. Thanks for the form, but I am shocked at how seemingly bugging this system is. It’s a shame because it has such potential, but I guess they want the other AI players to win. Google’s whole situation seems like such an own goal

I get the same error yesterday. The only thing different that I does was install and login in Antigravity in different linux installations that I was doing in my PC. To configure fast some aspects, I install antigravity and ask him to do this for me. Unfurtunately, in the morning of the another day, when I opened antigravity-cli, get this message:

I am facing the same issue. Neat part is I never connected any third party tools (such as OpenClaw, OpenCode, RooCode or ANYOTHER) with my account.
I have file the appeal, let’s see what they have to say.

Is it possible you were using a third party extention to keep track of credits or similar?
I have seen uses workout that was the cause in their case.

Nope! As far as I know, I had nothing connected. I primarily use Claude code, but for end to end side projects and to better understand code, I would use agy.

As of this morning, I again have access! WOOHOO! I also asked claude code to check for any potential issues. It found a broken symlink which I cleaned up. Maybe that triggered the block? I am not sure, but it is seemingly working again.

I filled out the form tpu_rich posted above and that seemed to solve it.
