Appeal request: Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED

Hello Google Antigravity / Gemini Code Assist team,

I would like to request a manual review of my account access to Antigravity CLI.

My account is currently receiving the following error when using Antigravity CLI v1.1.18:

Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product

I believe this may be a false positive or an unintentional trigger. I use Antigravity CLI for normal local software development and testing workflows.

After seeing this error, I immediately took the following actions:

  • Signed out of Antigravity CLI.
  • Stopped all automated retries and scheduled jobs that might call the CLI.
  • Disabled fallback calls to Antigravity CLI in my local development pipeline.
  • Removed local cached credentials to avoid repeated eligibility checks.
  • Avoided re-authenticating or trying alternative login methods while the account is under review.

I did not intend to violate any Terms of Service. If any usage pattern was considered problematic, I would appreciate clarification so I can correct my setup and avoid repeating the issue.

Could you please manually review my account and restore access if possible?

Account email: re******@gmail.com
Antigravity CLI version: 1.1.18
Operating system: macOS
Error message: PERMISSION_DENIED 403 / service disabled for violation of Terms of Service

Thank you.

Same here. Not sure how to contact google on this issue.

Posting account info on a a public forum seems slightly off. It is however related to this account so if google is monitoring this, it is this account
