The form let’s you edit.
Can i edit now that the deadline was one hour ago?
What can be still modified? The reposatory also?
If we made a mistake in the video can we also put another youtube url?
Thanks

Any edits you make to the form after the deadline will not be judged, according to the rules.
The original zip file of the project and the YouTube video were both submitted before the August 12th deadline.
Since then, I’ve made a few improvements to a Presentation document, and to the How-to-Use Instructions within the Google Drive folder. These changes were mainly focused on correcting typos, enhancing clarity, and streamlining the instructions to save the judges’ time.
Nothing about code/video were changed after 12/08. Is it OK, or should revert to the original versions?
I can’t say for certain but if I was a judge and I saw that any file was updated after the deadline, I’d be inclined to disregard it.
If it’s GitHub, I’d just check code from the closest date before deadline. If it’s Google Drive, I can clearly see the uploaded date and I’d disregard any file that was uploaded or edited after deadline.
Otherwise, it wouldn’t be fair to all the people who submitted before deadline. If they bend a certain rule for one person, they have to bend it for everyone and that would be a nightmare for judges to keep getting updates of code changes after deadline for sooo many submissions.
Remember they are ONLY checking to see if and how GEMINI was used to create the app. So it doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to be good enough.
