I am reporting a critical issue where my account state is severely inconsistent, leading to a permanent “a sensitive query” block on almost all Gemini prompts.
Current Issues:
1. Since June, Google Wallet shows inconsistencies (payment failures despite no delays, duplicate profiles).
2. My Activity for Gemini has completely disappeared from my dashboard despite being turned on.
3. Essential records for my disability pension application and health management are now inaccessible, being falsely marked as “sensitive”.
Google One Support (Olivia) stated “no way to restore” (Case info attached), but this is clearly a system-side synchronization failure, not a user violation. I request a technical investigation into my account’s backend state and the restoration of my chat history.
Attached Evidence:
The attached image shows the “G” section of the My Activity filter list. As clearly visible, “Gemini” is completely missing between Discover and Gmail. This confirms a backend-level synchronization failure since Gemini is active on this account.
Note on additional evidence:
Due to forum restrictions for new users, I can only attach this one critical screenshot. However, I have a complete set of evidence, including:
Screenshots of Google Wallet profile inconsistencies (duplicate IDs/Unavailable status).
Chat logs showing a loop of “a sensitive query” and “a communication query” errors.
Video footage of Gemini self-diagnosing a “major system failure” on my account.
I am ready to provide all of these as soon as a moderator or engineer responds to this thread.
