[CRITICAL] Production Migration Blocked – Pro Entitlement Sync Failure (80+ Hours) – Bug AG-859

Account Status:

  • Primary Account (Account A): FAILING. Recently upgraded to AI Pro (Mar 12). Stuck in authentication loop.

  • Legacy Account (Account B): WORKING. Old legacy Pro account; authenticates perfectly on the same machine.

Environment Info:

  • OS: NixOS (Hyprland / Wayland)

  • App Version: v1.20.5 (Verified latest)

  • Subscription: Google AI Pro (Upgraded Mar 12, 2026, 6:36 PM)

Diagnostic Data for Engineering Triage:

  1. Entitlement Mismatch: 80+ hours post-upgrade, Account A’s Gemini web UI still displays “Upgrade to Google AI Ultra” buttons. This confirms the “Pro” flag has not propagated to the Cloud IAM layer used by Antigravity.

  2. Protocol & Listener Failure: On Account A (the new primary), the IDE fails to initialize the local callback port (Connection Refused on localhost). On the exact same machine and config, the legacy Account B initializes the listener and completes the deep-link handshake perfectly.

  3. Migration Impact: This is a total block on my migration to a new primary development account. Local troubleshooting (cache nuking, protocol verification, v1.20.5 update) has been exhausted.

Requested Action: Please trigger a manual metadata reconciliation for Account A. The automated provisioning has failed to clear the “Free Tier” baseline, preventing the IDE from authorizing the production session and accessing the Pro quota.

Update: For any staff reviewing this, I have an open support case for this billing/identity sync issue: Case ID 0-3225000040455.

Support confirmed the AI Pro subscription is active, but the backend entitlement for Antigravity is still not provisioning. The “Upgrade to Ultra” buttons are still visible in my Gemini web UI, indicating the account is still stuck in a Free-tier state on the IAM side.
