Title: [CRITICAL] Entitlement Sync Failure: Workspace Enterprise Plus vs. Antigravity (Stuck on "Free")

Issue: Account is flagged as “Free” in Antigravity despite having Google Developer Platform Premier and Workspace Enterprise Plus.

Context:

  • Personal Gmail: Works perfectly (Premier status recognized).

  • Workspace Domain: Recognized as “AI Pro” in Gemini-CLI, but downgraded to “Free” in Antigravity IDE.

  • Support History: Purchased January 12, with active tickets and escalated discussion with Workspace, Cloud Billing, Google Developer Program, Cloud Sales and Antigravity-support since Jan 14, 2026 with no resolution.

Technical Details:

  • IDE Version: 1.19.6

  • Environment: Windows 11 Pro

  • The Loop: Standard support channels are unable to bridge the gap between Workspace Identity and Antigravity’s entitlement service.

Request: Looking for an engineering-side “force-sync” or a known fix for Workspace Org ID provisioning. This is blocking our team’s deployment.

This issue is still unresolved, and all Google teams contacted say “we see the problem, but we cannot do anything. INCLUDING tyhe Google Developer Partnership team who sold me the AI Pro capability and now say they can do nothing to ensure I get what I paid for. email to antigravity-Support@google.com goes unanswered (multiple)
