Category: Bugs / Antigravity IDE
Model: Gemini 3.1 Pro
Description:
Hello Antigravity Team,
I am an active Google AI Pro subscriber (2TB storage plan), and my account is currently trapped in the AG-859 quota synchronization loop. My baseline quota timer was scheduled to restore today. However, without executing a single prompt or agent task, the system immediately applied a fresh 7-day Free Tier lockout.
Observed Behavior:
- Zero prompts were used prior to the new restriction being applied.
- The advertised 5-hour Pro refresh cycle is completely failing to trigger.
- The IDE incorrectly reflects a Free Tier “Weekly Marathon” cap despite my active Pro subscription.
Production Impact:
This bug is currently creating a hard block on my development pipeline. I am entirely unable to proceed with pushing the Vercel deployment for the Trust Us Films website, and all active agent work on my script analyzer application has been forcefully halted.
Troubleshooting Completed:
- Cleared the local
.antigravity cache.
- Signed completely out of the Agent Manager and re-authenticated.
Request:
Could an engineer please manually force a backend metadata reconciliation for my account to clear the erroneous Free Tier flag? I urgently need my Pro entitlement synced so I can resume development.
Thank you.
Hi @Keval_Purohit
Welcome to the Google AI Forum!!!
To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity.
Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.
Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.
Please be assured that I have shared your feedback with our internal team.
I am experiencing the same AG-859 issue as a Google AI Pro user.
For the past 4–5 days, my account has been stuck with a ~168-hour refresh timer, and my Pro entitlement does not appear to be recognized. This is preventing me from using the service despite having an active subscription.
I have already tried:
-
Re-authentication and logout/login
-
Using a single account (no conflicts)
-
Different browsers / incognito
-
Reinstalling
None of these steps worked, which suggests this is a backend entitlement sync issue.
This is currently blocking my development work. Could you please help escalate or check my account as well?
