I am writing to report an issue regarding my credit balance after renewing my Ultra Plan.
As of yesterday, I had 23,000 credits remaining in my account. Today, my plan was successfully renewed, and the payment was processed correctly. My account now shows the next renewal date as May 23rd.
However, instead of my credits resetting to the expected 25,000, my balance dropped to 12,500 credits. It appears that my previous balance was wiped out and I wasn’t even credited the full amount for the new month.
This inconsistency is quite frustrating as the payment has already been confirmed. Could you please investigate this discrepancy and restore my missing credits as soon as possible?
I have verified my payment details and everything is correct on my end. Looking forward to your prompt response.
