Contingent level "not available" after closed account is re-opened

Dear Google & Community,

we used a @gmail account for creating our new platform with Google AI - and decided to use a custom domain instead. After a first test with the new API Key from the new account, the new account was closed immediately, probably because Google assumed we’re trying to cheat the rate limits or get another free contingent (which is totally not the case). After a request and explanation, they re-opened it again. Awesome, thank you so much!

Here are my questions:

  1. The “contingent level” sais “not available” instead of “Tier 1” (as before) now. How can we fix th@googlet? (@google, if it helps, this is the project number: 419027816432)
  2. How can I make sure that the account is not closed again for the same reason? I have already deleted the project and api key in the old gmail-account - anything else I can do?
  3. right before the account was closed, I requested an increase of the rate limits to Tier 2 with this form - do I have to send request again now? Gemini API Rate Limit (Paid Tier) Increase Request

Thank you very much & sorry for all this!

David
