Cannot Generate Anything

For some reason, I cannot generate anything. Even a simple change to my UI. It keeps saying, “Something unexpected happened, and Stitch couldn’t complete your generation. Please try again in a moment.”

I’ve tried logging out, restarting my computer, and refreshing my browser

Hey @Anastasia_Ramirez this generally happens with larger projects when a file gets corrupted or overloaded. Stitch reads your current page code and background DESIGN.md file first, an unclosed HTML tag or excessive length will trigger this generic error.

Please try these steps to fix it:

  1. Press Cmd + Shift + R (or Ctrl + F5) to hard-refresh your browser cache.
  2. If that fails, open Version History(Agent logs), roll back one step to a working version, and retry your prompt. This usually unblocks it!
