I am experiencing a critical quota issue with my Google AI Pro account while using the Antigravity IDE.
The Problem: According to the official documentation, my model quota should fully refresh after the 5-hour window. However, when the 5-hour timer finishes and I click “Refresh”, the quota bar does not turn completely green. Instead, it only restores one single small segment (one line).
This happens even though I have been completely offline and haven’t touched or modified any code for the past 3 days. The moment I send just one single request, the entire quota is instantly blocked again, throwing me back into another 5-hour waiting loop across multiple models simultaneously (including Gemini Pro and Claude).
What I have checked so far:

My Google AI Pro subscription is fully active.

I tried completely logging out and logging back into the IDE, but the bug persists.

I checked my workspace customizations, and it shows “100.0% of the customization budget is available / No customizations found”, meaning there are no hidden system prompts or background configurations draining my tokens.
It seems like my Pro status is failing to sync correctly with the Antigravity backend, or I am being heavily throttled by an undocumented hidden policy/cross-model bug.
Does anyone else have this issue with recent updates? Any help from the Google team to force-sync my quota status would be highly appreciated.
