[BUG] Antigravity IDE - Critical Quota Error (7-day lockout) for Google AI Pro Subscriber

and again after few requests…
You have reached the quota limit for Gemini 3 Pro (High). You can resume using this model at 2/12/2026, 1:30:49 AM. You can upgrade to the Google AI Ultra plan to receive the highest rate limits.

The truth is, they did it on purpose. I rushed into signing up for the annual Pro account too early and I’m really disappointed. The bugs I encountered with Quata were clearly intentional, designed to ensure high traffic without scaling up or paying extra for third-party services. Google offers deals with prices that users pay for, then Google changes its policy. With the tightened Quata, the paid plan isn’t worth it. It’s terrible.

No quota used, 40% magically disappeared. Well done Google, you’re “Modified by moderator” people who pay for your subscriptions honestly!

Users on Google AI Pro receive:

  • High, generous quota, refreshed every five hours

yeah sure 5 hours LMAO that not 5 hours its 5 days :joy:

this could be fair if the limit is not only one time by week, thats is just an “Modified by moderator”

Same issue, gemini 3 light shows 3 days cooling time, while claude sonnet thinking shows 5 days, gemini 3 flash almost 1.5 Days, very frustrating

Same issue here, and the worst part is that it is slowing me down dramatically in my work. If this issue persists any longer I think I will be switching to Claude code and cutting off my pro subscription. I think more devs should do this too to force google to be more transparent about the limits and fix this annoying problem.

Same problem, 2 days of coding, mainly debugging and suddenly 4days limits! I already bought Claude Subs as this is getting ridiculous!

Same here — paid plan user and this is really disappointing.

I’m a full-time developer but I only use Antigravity in my spare time (light usage). Day 1 I hit a limit and it said I could continue after ~5 hours, which was acceptable. But after another short session yesterday, today I opened Antigravity with zero usage and it still shows a lockout until 7 days later.

If paid subscribers can be blocked for a full week after light usage, the subscription becomes pointless.

You’re right, and it’s completely intentional on their part. They don’t even offer refunds.
The 4-hour to 7-day block is an intentional block put in place to pay for the Ultra plan.Just look at all the posts where they mention switching to the Ultra plan to get a better quota.

I agree. At least there should be some sort of refund. We are paying with our money for this service.

The new PRO quotas are a bit ridiculous. The price difference between PRO and Ultra is just too high. So either you need to create a package JUST for Google Antigravity, or a Pro+ package for around $60 for a much higher quota.

Please Google, do something about this. I sent very few messages with Gemini 3.1 and now it’s over…

How are you able to see this interface for remaining quota?

If they just switch on ability to select other Gemini models again (which we had before 3.1) we could at least be productive whilst they fix the issue.

Right now these lockouts are ridiculously hampering productivity in AntiGravity

I finally found the best solution. I downgraded to the free version and subscribed to cursor AI

I tried it and it hasn’t worked so far.

Workspace AI Ultra Plan here.

You have reached the quota limit for this model. You can resume using this model at 3/2/2026, 8:44:27 PM. You are subscribed to the best Workspace plan.

I have done maybe 30 prompts today for small bits.

There is definitely some bug there. I just started Antigravity, it showed full quota for all models. I restarted it (without doing anything!) and suddenly all models except Flash are exhausted for 10 hours.

Pretty weird…

It’s just so broken right now :frowning: It shows full quota but when I try to use it, it says quota exceeded…

Same issue here. I’m on the Pro plan and even cancelled my Cursor IDE subscription to test Antigravity. I was really liking it, but now I see everyone is hitting this same limit.
