Black screen when opening Stitch project (canvas not rendering)

Hi Stitch team,

I’m experiencing a persistent black screen issue when trying to use Stitch. The main UI loads, but the canvas area stays completely black and never renders my project.

Details:

What I’m seeing:

  • the main canvas is just a black screen.

  • In Chrome DevTools → Console I see errors like:

    • Uncaught (in promise) Error: Rejecting untrusted message sseError

  • The project never becomes interactive.

Troubleshooting I already tried:

  • Hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R).

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies.

  • Opened Stitch in Incognito mode.

  • Tried different browsers (Chrome / Edge ).

  • Tried on another device. (mobile)

  • Logged out and logged back in.

  • Tried with another Google account.

The issue still persists after all of these steps.

Could you please help me check what is causing this black screen and how I can recover full access to my project? If needed, I can share additional console logs or a screen recording.
