Sometime, i got the bug with the “auto save”. When i edit the gemini’s response prompt too long or something else, i got this bug, cant save the chat, and i also cant save manually. My chat section will be gone if i F5.

I tested with autosave as follows.(Autosave enabled)
- First give a prompt and get a response.
- Now change the response and check for autosave.
I was able to autosave after change in the response, it it only few times are is it persisting for many chats?

I have faced the issue as well. Some of the chats just don’t auto save, and some of the messages get lost in case I try to refresh. Not sure what is the way to help the devs reproduce the issue.
Yesterday I faced same issue. I have somewhat long chat (development) going on in AI studio and last night spend several hours doing stuff. Next morning all that stuff was gone and last chat entry was from day before… now trying to recover by sending stuff back what was done earlier and hoping it will somehow recover from there so we can finish this small project.
And yes, I have auto save enabled, been enabled all the time.
