Appeal: Antigravity / Gemini Access Disabled – 403 ToS Violation

Plaintext

Dear Google AI Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the sudden suspension of my account's access to the Gemini API and Google AI Studio services. My account is currently blocked and returning a 403 permission denied error.

The exact error message I received is:
"Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product."

Context & Explanation:
I am an individual developer and student using the Gemini API for normal coding assistance, learning, and personal projects. Recently, I used a third-party developer tool/CLI called "agy" (Antigravity) to bridge my environment. I suspect that this automated connection or the OAuth bridging mechanism of the third-party tool inadvertently triggered Google's automated security flags and anti-abuse systems, leading to a false positive ToS violation.

I had absolutely no intention of violating Google’s Terms of Service. To ensure compliance, I have already completely disconnected the "agy" tool, cleared my environment, and revoked the associated OAuth tokens from my Google Account security settings. Moving forward, I commit to strictly using only official Google tools, Extensions, and standard SDK channels.

Could you please kindly perform a manual review of my account status and restore my access to the Gemini API/Google AI Studio? Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and assistance.

Best regards,
DICKER
