Request for Account Review: Unintentional ToS Violation / Silent Ban on Gemini-CLI & Antigravity (April 2026)

Hi everyone,

I am writing to request a manual review of my account’s developer/CLI access. Back in mid-April 2026, my access to gemini-cli and antigravity stopped working entirely (returning 403 / ToS errors).

After researching the issue, I realized this happened because I was testing an open-source tool called opencode with my Gemini account credentials. At the time, I did not know that extracting or sharing the OAuth tokens via third-party tools was a violation of the Terms of Service.

It was an honest mistake out of technical curiosity, not malice. Since discovering the violation, I have completely stopped using any third-party wrappers or unauthorized tools, and I only intend to use official methods and official API keys moving forward.

I never received any email notification regarding the ban or any self-service reinstatement form, which is why I am reaching out here. As a paying subscriber who relies on these tools for my development environment, I would deeply appreciate it if a Google Product Expert or team member could look into my case and help me restore my access.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
